I will be doing a late weigh in, or skipping all together and just weighing in next week. There is inclimate weather here and I have to stay away from home, and they are closing everything. Sigh. I'm still in it to win though!

I'm slow here to resond but WELCOME Lrkuperman! Nice to have you with us.

I'm down 1 pound this week, which is totally a-w-e-s-o-m-e. I was worried I'd be stuck at a old set point for awhile. I was 208 for a very long time in my younger days (think 1980's).

slow coupla weeks for me since I was on a course of Prednisone for my back. But I still lost a tad. Before IP, I would have gained 10 lbs in 10 days on steroids.

I weigh daily on the wii fit. Weight REALLY jumped around this last 10 days (down one, up 2, down 2 up 2.5...all over the map). Good lesson in being a neutral observer, knowing I'm doing the right stuff & it will all work out.
