Good day everyone!

It is snowy here. Traffic is backed up because of it. My DH called to let me know how bad traffic is. I think I will stay home and get my work done here. Just another day in the Great White North! LOL!

Hello everyone,

Great losses and NSV, good for you all

Lots of new (to me) faces in here, I mean, other than LizRR and Bellamack whom I "know" from the old days, everybody is new to me

P.S.: I am back after a long break, see my thread if you want to know more about me.

My coach yesterday also mentioned some kind of subscription from IP for $29 (I think) that sends you daily video clips. She couldn't get it to work, but I'll see it next week. Has anyone heard of this? Is it worthwhile?

Have a great day everyone!
Yay for the loss. Doesn't it feel good? My coach offered 1 month free of the videos. They are good & informative but definitely not essential.

Sounds like you're due for a whoosh fairy visit! I hope she visits me on Monday...3.9 would put me into onderland
But...we have a birthday-weekend planned for hubby. Dinners out tonite and tomorrow nite and also a Monday (holiday) date-day (but that is AFTER WI. Dinners out are not a problem, but you never exactly know what is in something if you don't make it at home!

Thanks everyone!!

I have so many different feelings about having lost so much, so fast and easily: happiness, proud, but also a bit of trepidation and self-doubt, as to whether or not this is really happening, whether it will continue, and whether it will stick once I go through the other phases. I am incredibly grateful that I have found this board for inspiration and support, but it does feel a bit unreal. I am trying not to worry too much about the future, but those nagging feelings of doubt do creep in.

I'm not really sure about these clips either. I get so much information about IP on these boards, and like others, some that I've relayed to my coach before she found out about it (e.g. the peanut soy puffs being discountinued, the tomato/basil rotini, etc.). But I'm also open to anything that will help support me through this journey.

Yesterday at weigh in, was a good day. It was a lower weight loss than others, but two goals accomplished. First, I met my mini goal and weigh less than my hubby, that feels awesome. But, I finally reached ONEDERLAND!!!!!!! Never thought that I would be able to accomplish this. On so many diets in the past I would hit a wall at around 220, and never make it below that. I am just so thankful for having found this diet and this site. I now have passed the half way mark, and just have to keep on keeping on. Have a wonderful Friday everyone.

Thanks Lisa! It does feel good.

I'll have to ask if they have a month free deal. At least then I'll know what I'm getting myself into!
