Default Missing Packages

i was just wondering i was out this weekend with some friends and we went out to eat in the late evenings i just ordered a salad and stuff i stayed on IP but once i got home i was not hungry for my snack and totally forgot to take my vitamins since i have it all stuck together so i dont ever forget well i did =( ...

so my question is what is the side affects to not eating all your veggies? or taking all the vitamins?? or missing a package??

This has happened to me before without any impacts. Just start back tomorrow 100% OP and you'll be fine. You might want to try a different method to remind you, like enter it into a calendar that sends you a reminder notice at a certain time everyday.

It happens once in a while - as long as it doesn't become a habit there shouldn't be any effects. It's long-term skipping things that can cause issues (not taking all your supplements means your body won't get all the nutrients it needs. Not having all your packets too often can make you fatigued or stall weight loss because you are missing too many calories). Like fishette said, just get back on track tomorrow! It might help you to have an "emergency" packet in your purse, just in case you get stuck out again!

Same here. When I'm out, I stick to the plan as much as possible, but sometimes I'm having so much fun with my friends that I don't think about drinking my shake for my snack or to take my vitamins.

I just make sure that I'm 100% OP the next day and from there after. I don't think it makes a big deal if one packet is skipped.

Has anyone actually had a few days in a row of missing?
I have been battling a crazy sinus infection that does not go away. I am not allowed to take my meds within 4-8 hours of the vitamins, so i found it really hard to take all the vitamins or even get them at all!
Yesterday I did not do my vitamins because I didnt have them around at the proper time and then lately I have been missing my last 2 calcium, and multivitamin.
On top of that, I have been eating my restricted pack everyday, and then i get my 1 regular pack. My other pack, not lately! to top it off veggies are almost non existant, and sometime i eat supper.
I just feel sick, and like I am going to be sick whenever I eat, or I am not hungry.
This infection I think is getting the best of me!
Any suggestions?
