I made the cauliflower shepherds pie yesterday. It will now be a staple in my kitchen. I made enough to freeze a container. So easy to adjust the recipe and add different veggies. I added my red onions to the mixture before baking so they wouldn't caramelize during sauteing. I also added squash to the mixture.
