Here is the one I found online. Looks like a slight variation

Holiday Eggnog Recipe

Here’s a great way to enjoy one of your holiday favorite drinks without the sugar or carbs:

One Ideal Protein Ready Mix Vanilla Drink
One Ideal Protein Plain Omelet mix
Nutmeg to taste

Mix up the omlette per directions then add 1/4 of the mixed omlette to the Ready Mix Vanilla drink. Add nutmeg to taste. Enjoy

That sounds wonderful and I just opened my Nashua Nutrition package so I have the proper components. I should have known, Lisa, that you would figure it out for us. Thank you - I will save this for a blue moment is my getting back in the wagon and then make myself a treat.

You give me too much credit, my dear. I only FIND recipes. I don't create them.

But I share what I find!

Have you tried GNC Pumpkin lean shake? I heat it up and add spices and it tastes like egg nog with spices !

Do the spices cover the "vitaminy" flavor? I really couldn't get past that with this particular shake.

Did anyone find a good substitute for the IP Plain Omelet?

How about just using one raw egg yolk instead of the plain omelet packet?

I steeped some vanilla tea warmed up the pumpkin spice shake. Added a few spices and really enjoyed this as my evening snack.

Lisa, yes, the spices add a great taste to the Pumpkin Shake. I made a mixture with extra cinnamon and nutmeg!:

I use the DaVinci egg nog sugar free syrup with vanilla pudding mix with a cup of water and 8 ice cubes in my vitamix, then top with nutmeg. It is a reasonable substitute.

Better make sure you use a pasteurized egg, though -- and/or coddle it.
