Definitely having bad breath every time I eat. Even 30 min after brushing. Looking forward to feeling more confident talking to people in maintenance.

I read somewhere in the IP literature that they recommend you wash the dishes that you used to make your IP products in because due to all the protein, etc.. it could be hard to remove later on. Maybe that's the same with our teeth, not pleasant to think about but possibly the reason for the fuzzy teeth we all have.

The organic virgin coconut oil 20 min sloosh before flossing and brushing DOES make a difference. Teeth felt a lot cleaner and my tongue was soft and pink, without the white coating that the evening shake leaves behind.

I too have had this, started with mostly metallic mouth but started noticing more plaque build up about 3 weeks into the diet. I use a toothbrush that has a two minute timer, floss twice a day now and rinse my mouth too. It has certainly made me pay more attention to my teeth!
