Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.

2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Hi everybody-

I'm off to make "candy-grams" for my kid's school today for Halloween. Not a bit of candy shall touch my lips! I'm also watching TOM mess with my weight this week-water retention. Boo TOM, go away! Happy Thursday, keep OP!

Good Morning. I am hoping you experienced folks can help me out. I keep reading that if you exercise you should have an extra packet within one hour after exercising. However, I am so fatigued during my workout. Do you think it would be ok if I had the extra packet 30 minutes or so BEFORE my workout?

I really do not want to quit working out, I started 3 years ago and I am very consistent. So, one thing I am not willing to do is trade one good habit for another. I want to end up with 2 good habits at the end of this.

I have a wicked head cold, I've found some releif in Zicam Rapid Melts and Halls Sugar Free Cough Drops. The cough drops have Sucralose (splenda) and Isomalt (a sugar alchohol I believe). I've used 6 - 8 or so a day all week - I had a .2 weight loss yesterday.

Could this be the reason? I'm usually a slow looser (more like 1- 2 # / week), but this was really low.

Just thought I'd check for opinions. My coach is new (I was her first client) and gave me a blank stare when I said "sugar alcohol". I know they can mess with losses for some people.

You can have 1/2 a packet before and 1/2 after the workout, or the entire packet within 1/2 hour after working out.
