Good morning all.

Remember the quote from the top of this thread, "Welcome back to the Daily Chat thread - post your plans for today, share what's been happening, ask questions!

Please post here instead of opening lots of individual threads many more people read the Daily Chat and you'll probably get more answers this way.

Early day as I was supposed to be on a call with one of our managers, but he's not getting in as early as he said he would be here. Still lots of things to do for work and the earlier I start, the sooner I can quit this afternoon.

Hope everyone has a great OP day.

Morning all! Somewhat mild here today but the rain is coming - again! - so I'm going to try to enjoy it while it lasts! Happy Thursday, all!

Morning everyone! 100-degrees here yesterday in San Diego, so glad I'm not lugging around 50+ extra pounds of fat anymore!
It's been awhile since I checked in. Still figuring this Maintenance thing out; for me it's a Phase 3 clone thingy that works, having extras like avocado and nuts as grains reallllllly don't agree with me!
I must say, I miss Phase 1. Once you get through the first few weeks of adjustment it's pretty much just coasting through. All of my aches and pains virtually disappeared, actually looking forward to a little reboot at some point down the road for that reason alone, crazy huh?
Keep up the good work; you are all so worth it!

Barbara

Good Morning Everyone!!!!

Looking forward to another OP day. My hubby actually said he could notice the difference, and it's only been a couple of weeks! Makes me feel really good

Anyone else have a skinny hubby and kids? Thankfully, my kids got my hubby's metabolism. But, I do have to say, it is really tough living with someone who can eat whatever, whenever and not gain. Just something I know I'm going to really have to work on when I eventually phase off. Thank goodness I don't have cravings on this diet, it makes it much easier with all the temptations I have daily.

Halloween candy....bah...it is a hard one, good for you resisting. The worst for me is my kids don't really eat a lot of chocolate, so have to see it sit for weeks. Keep it up!

It is hard to have lots of temptations and skinny husbands. My husband is not skinny, has a bit of a belly but can definitely have one dessert and be done! I have 1 then 4 and still think of wanting more. Keep it up, your doing great!

Morning everyone, beautiful here today for my morning dog walk! Thankfully because I hate the cold, guess I best buckle down tho cause it is just gonna get worse:s

Had a rough nite last night, really wanted something off plan, but instead ate extra meat, and a half of a restricted bar, even tho I had one earlier. I love the pure protein bars, wish I could eat three a day, also love the IP caramel nut and chocolate decadence.....yum yum yum. Oh we'll today is another day, hoping it will be better. My TOM is late again this month so far, I missed it two months ago, so maybe it is on its way and that is why I am struggling

Great day to all

Morning Everyone! Windy again today (seems to be a theme this week) and sunny here. Going for a mani-pedi today, can't wait. I only had one pedi this whole summer...and my feet need some tlc before we head off for a week in the sun and sand.

Started the morning off by leaving my little metal mixer ball with my cappuccino drink in the cup and putting it in the microwave...didn't seem to cause any problems, but I think it is a sign that I need to wake up a bit before doing any "cooking." lol

Good morning everyone, good luck on today's WIs!!

I've been a bit bummed because my losses have slowed the past couple weeks, but a NSV yesterday made up for it.

I FIT INTO A SIZE 14 YESTERDAY!!

It was amazing. I picked it up just to see how tight they were, since they were on clearance. Figured I may be able to fit into them a month or so down the road. And wouldn't you know, those bad boy zipped up! They are a bit tight, but I was definitely able to zip and button, walk around comfortably!!

It was so amazing, I almost cried. I started at a size 20/22, even worn a 24 in my life. But a size 14?? the last time I wore that was when I was 15-years-old.

It was a great shopping trip. I went with my sister who is also on IP and started a few weeks ago. I had a 40% off everything coupon, even clearance. We found cute shirts for $1.47! I was able to finally buy some decent looking shirts and not break the bank. I also bought two coats....and a pair of size 14 jeans :-)
