I'm 5'1" and have lost 32 pounds so far, stats are below. I'm normally considered a slow loser, but i've had pretty good success on IP. Best (and last) diet i'll ever be on!

I am 5'4 and I had great losses for 4 months. Now that I am 15 pounds from goal, my losses are slowing. It could be from my 3-4 times a week 20 minute elliptical sessions but I think it is because I don't have as much to lose. Just keep plugging away. IP is SO worth it!

It has taken me 11 weeks to lose 19 pounds. I had a goal of 125 but like another poster, I changed it once I got to a size 4.
