IP Phase 1 - 72 days or 10 weeks and 2 days
Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
Lunch: IP Caramel nut bar (I wish I didn't have to eat that but I was out and it's all I had, but it was good...) and 2 c. salad with orange dressing
Dinner: 6 oz pork with barbeque sauce and coleslaw
Snack: Shake
