Great idea for eating at a Mexican restaurant. Since I'll be on the road for about a week beginning next Tues, this is good to know. Thanks Molly!

Congrats Wuv! And I've been 'collecting' P3 breakfasts, so am adding this one to the rest. Thank you for sharing!

I have an action plan though, I'm going to pre-make some jello and stick it in the fridge, and bring my choco cake. I'll probably stop by WalMart tomorrow after class and get some Atkins bars, as well...
Congratulations!! And you have a great plan in place, so you'll do great!

I did have my WI in yesterday and she did the measurements first. I was down another 4.5 inches, including 1.5 off my waist and 2 off my hips. I was so happy to see that. But when I got on the scale I was only down. .8 of pound. She asked if there had been any stress this week. I started laughing and told her about my dad. She explained that my body was probably reacting to the stress and perhaps I would have a bigger pound loss next week. I have stayed on plan 100% other than missing my snack on Sunday when I was at the ER. So I will take the loss in inches and keep on a trucking. My dh was down again too, he is a total loss of 22.6 pounds in three weeks!!! I am so proud of him.
You did great Mommahen! With all that happened you DID lose weight & inches! AND didn't order pie! WooHoo!!!

Happy Wednesday! WI last night and I didnt feel like I had lost anything but I was down 5/5 inches (two weeks). Most of it from my hips. So far of the 8 inches I have lots 6.5 have been from my hips! Too funny. Hoping soon my waist catches up because my pants fit weird

It is snowy here...so not ready for snow.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Many tears, high drama ("I guess I'll have to stay home from school!"..."Now I can't use my hand!!"), and many hugs and kisses later and he was fine. We barely made it to school on time, but at least he was in better spirits

WI Wednesday for me! I don't FEEL like I lost anything this week, but when I weighed at the hospital scale on Monday it showed a loss...we'll see what has happened the last 2 days! I do know that when I pulled on my pants this morning, I didn't even have to unbutton them to get them on

Oh and I tried Liz's margarita pudding last night. O. M. G. Sooooo flipping good. I think I may try a variation with lettuce and lemon!

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

I like a little WF caramel dip in it or make it into muffins.

Okay...so I have finally been around here long enough for another NSV...got to get a ticker and post a siggy today. So here I am! I haven't looked at that picture from 2010 in a long time. It was that picture that prompted me to do something about my weight in the first place. I lost most of the weight between those pictures by doing a combo of low carb and paleo. I had actually gotten down to 204 and then plateaued for a quite a while and then this year started gaining some back. So I started IP on 9-11-12 at 235. The pictures on the right is from last week after I got my hair cut.

Nice!!! I started creeping into the tubs of old pre-pregnancy clothes the other day. I found one skirt that fits again! Pranced around in it for the rest of the night Nothing else QUITE fits but I'm SO much closer than I have been in years!!

That's stinky! From what I can see Phase 3 is challenging enough on its own, trying to balance out the meal components. No need to make it harder!

How did I ever live without having BIG MAC IN A BOWL??!!?? I had it for the first time last night and even my hubby was jealous!! DELICIOUS!!!

Reached my first goal today and officially lowered my overall goal by 30 more pounds.

Debating on more big mac or something new this evening......decisions..decisions...

I had my second WI today and only down .2 lbs!

My coach said that it was most likely due to water retention, because my lean muscle mass was definitely up. So hopefully I have a bigger loss next week.

I bought an extra bar so I will have it with me in case I have another radical blood sugar drop. No more grabbing a random off-plan food!

I'm trying my first yoga class today at 6:30. I'm not flexible at all, so it'll be interesting!
