First thanks for reminding me that I had to have some protein after my exercise. I almost forgot!

Also, when you stem your zucchini and the yellow squash, how do you season it? Thanks!
I usually steam it and then toss with a teeny bit of olive oil, some basil and maybe garlic or coriander. A little bit of salt and we're good to go!

Oh, coriander, I've never cooked with that. I'll have to try it. Thanks, Scorbett!

Wait, coriander is cilantro? I know that one. I have it growing in my garden. Not a great fan of it, but I keep trying to be.

Coriander is the seed of the cilantro plant - when it's ground up as a seed it has a neat little citrus flavor to it! Not as grassy as cilantro. I use it in a summer chicken and squash bake with fresh basil - so yummy!

Thanks on that, Scorbett. I'll have to try it, as I love the idea of a citrus flavor. I use lemon thyme, which I love also.
