The first week is almost always the most dramatic weight loss. If you are following the plan, eating all of your veggies and drinking all of your water, the weight WILL come off. If you are weighing yourself every day - STOP - it will make you crazy! Sometimes your weight will bounce around every day, then suddenly one day WHOOSH - off come a few pounds. Look at my numbers - I had a huge first week, a couple of low weeks, another pretty big week.....but in the BIG picture I have lost almost 25 pounds in 7 weeks - there is not another program I have done where the loss has been that dramatic.
