No, that one gram of carbs and 2 of sugar in one day is not enought to kick you out of ketosis. If you think about it, all of the IP foods have some sugar in them. Also the meats and veggies we eat have some natural sugar as well. We are just not supposed to injest any other of the refined sugars. Or add any to our foods. I would just look at the labels of things like pickles, because some of them have "No Sugar Added" and would be perfectly ok on our diet.
Good luck and stay positive. Stress about every little thing is no good for you either. If you follow the plan you should do fine!
