I NEED to lose 80 lbs...my doc suggested surgery...I want to be successful with IP...anybody want to coach me please?

Stick to the 100% thread....all of us are there for each other, we don't talk or even think about cheating. Lots of support there. if you are doing alternatives you can always check out that thread as well. On the 100$ thread there are some of both IP and alternatives going on the most important thing is that you stay 100% OP

I agree with Wuv, stick to the 100% thread. The 100% thread is like having 20 coaches and a great motivational tool.

You can do this! If you follow the plan and don't cheat the weight just melts off. Get creative with food and the packets, it really helps.
