Got 4 flavors this weekend for my syrups. Peanut Butter, Raspberry, Madagascar Vanilla and White Chocolate. Gives me a touch of variety. I also pre washed this whole weeks worth of spinach.

On the weekends I slice up all the veggies I bring home BEFORE they hit the refridgerator, and put them in 2 cup baggies - I make different 'variety' packs.

I also boil a dozen eggs, cool, peel and replace them back in the carton.. that way every morning on my way out the door to work I can just grab a veggie bag, throw in 2 hard boiled eggs, add my sea salt and viola! Lunch for a busy work day all done! ;0)

Last night I had my WI and I was up 2.5 lbs even though I was 100% OP. My coach and I reviewed everything I ate during the week and came up with nothing as to why I gained!! I was almost in tears.... So my back to basics plan is to prepare my protein and vegetables in advance. I'm going to do what Lorette does and store everything in baggies (2 cups for veggies and 8oz for protein) because I was eyeing my portions rather than weighing/measuring. I hope this helps!

Sometimes I eat 2 sometimes 3 a day. When I added up 3 Chocolate shakes from IP I got around 55 grams of Protein. When you have 2 of these shakes you are at 54 grams. Makes good spinach shakes.

Great thread! Today, I'm going to stick to regular meal times and cook dinner. I've gotten into the habit of throwing something together (often resulting in a "meh" salad or pickles as my veggie). Yesterday, I made my absolute favorite salad dressing, and I can either have a fabulous salad or roasted veggies with my salmon. Yum!

Today I am going to take time to breath and remember why I am doing this. I am going to try a new recipe for Tilipia.
