No worries! Anything on that "restricted" list should be limited to once per day, the spaghetti is ALSO restricted to twice a week because it has the highest carb content of any IP foods (22g). That's what we're here for...my feeling is, this program is too expensive not to make sure we get every penny's worth out of it!!!
