Wuv, that side-by-side says everything - you look amazing, and you look like you FEEL amazing. Every time I get the least bit discouraged with the program I come here and you and the others remind me what I'm working towards! Thank you for the motivation!!
LizRR - it's funny how we have to completely change our view of what we CAN wear....yesterday we were at JCP picking up the boys' photos, and I was browsing the sale rack. There were a few cute tops with belts around the waist that I NEVER would have thought of wearing. Hubby pulls one out and says "this is going to look amazing on you, let's buy it in the next size down!" So now I have a top to celebrate with and a reminder that my whole mental image of myself needs to change
I was down in the lab thinking before my WI and the realization hit me - I need to change my thinking about the scale now. I am in Phase 2, it's OKAY not to see a drop. Hit me over the head with a pile of bricks! I know it's typical to see a slight drop, to be balanced by the slight gain in Phase 3 - but wow, I really need to work on changing my mindset with the scale after 22 weeks!
It was prophetic to post this earlier, as I had a 0.0/0.0% WI...and I was happy! I need to remember I am moving toward maintenance and still 3lb under my goal. No more scale drops, this is where I am going to live!
Yes I do! He's so supportive, and a good sport about trying all the new foods I'm making, even though he could eat all the junk he wants and never gain a pound. It helps!

Keep reminding yourself that you've already crossed the finish line, now you're in "cool down mode" It's awesome to see how all of your hard work paid off!

Hello from Idaho!
Still losing here in Idaho! Staying with the IP until all the fat slips away.
Tripmama-It is so good to see a post from you and a picture! You are looking great. Hope your summer is going well. It gets so busy with vacation, work, kids, etc., etc.! Glad you are still rocking IP
And, wow, I just noticed that you are only 3 pounds away from the big 100 pound loss! Let us know, I am rooting for you! I'm still 23 pounds away from that mark.
