This had to stop and after reading about the IP diet here on this website i realized it's something id like to try.
I'm scared of getting hungry on it. I have a huge appetite and am always hungry.
We'll see how this goes.
My first packet was a vanilla drink. was delicious
Good luck to those who are still losing and congrats to those who've lost already
Hi Anna- I just started this past Saturday with my first weigh in this Saturday. I was scared of being hungry too....but I haven't felt that to be a problem yet. I just discovered making fries with turnips and using Miracle Noodles as a 0 calorie fill in "noodle"...these will be lifesavers for me along my journey. Best of luck to you!!!!

Good luck to you!!!!

I'm starting to stress - my daughter's 7th birthday is tomorrow and I'm having an Olympics themed birthday party at our house on Saturday. I have so much to do!! Then we're having family over after that to grill, etc. My daughter wanted it to be a surprise what we're doing, but as long as she's the center of attention, she'll love it!!!
Hi julied31--the WFSyrup is good in everything, even alone in emergencies (a couple of times I needed a straight swig). I has looking at your numbers and noticed ours are about the same. That is until I noticed you are a head taller than me lol. Have a great day and try the syrup

Good morning,

Tired and groggy here. Must be the rainy weather this morning in CT. I also am feeling guilty for eating Italian sausage yesterday. Is that a no-no? My coach wasn't very clear on meat restrictions.

I tried the IP cereal for the first time today. It was OK, but not as filling as my herb and cheese omelet with asparagus and 1.5oz of salmon I made yesterday. What fills you up at breakfast? I am always breaking into my IP snack at 10am.

Have a great day!!!!!! I am looking forward to an afternoon sunshine, finishing the book Gone Girl at lunch, and having pool time and dinner with friends later.

Best to you all!!!

~Christine

I enjoy hearing that you guys are losing pounds AND inches. My hubby and I went regularly for weigh-ins and never got measured (except for the first visit.) My clinic was very focused on wanting you to buy more food - they never gave you the feeling that they cared one way or another about your weight loss. Oh, they'd say "good job", or something when you lost weight, then it was "what food do you want this week"? We stayed with it till we met our goals, three months or so, and are now maintaining on our own with the help of this site and proper diet & exercise. I envy you guys who have great coaches who care and inspire you, but am also happy you have great support!

I am getting very anxious about our long road trip with 2 kids. Does anyone know a secret on how to get low airfare? All I keep seeing is $1400.... yikes!

Do your dance!!! Congrats on meeting your first goal. Love the quote. "I finally realized, I am worth it!!!" This speaks volumes to me. For I know I am worth it!!! This is for me, now or never. Thanks, for bringing that to me.

One thing I like to do is add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil to my morning coffee (with my ounce of milk or couple tablespoons vanilla rtd.) I think the oil helps tide me over a bit. Also, try drinking some serious quantities of water between breakfast and lunch. (is there a "my eyes are floating" smilie?)

Okay the kids and I voted, just now. We thought both looked great but three to one went for the dress on the left.
