I can buy 21 different ones if I want. They also offer samples of restricted packages and walden farms products, and they even gave me a free premixed chocolate drink once because I was hesitant. She said : open it, if you like it you can buy more, that one is free. Like wow? Hahah. They also offer free exchange for anything you don't like. This is in Canada. Seems like the USA tends to sell more by the box from what I read.

I think it may be a difference in laws because the individual packages don't have the nutritional info on them, that is on the box. Maybe in the US this info has to be with the product.

I'm in Michigan & I can mix/match to my hearts content! Cost is $28 p/box or $4 p/packet. Don't think I could do this program if I had to buy whole boxes of each item.

My clinic allows me to choose the packets. I love mixing and matching.

I am doing IP through my Chriopractor's office, not a "clinic" per se. After reading all of the posts I am sooo glad that I have the options that I do. When I started the diet I was able to choose 21 packs of anything I wanted for my first week. My coach suggested a good balance of breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. And then she gave me 10 additional to try out things to see what I really liked. Now each week I choose which 21 packets I want based on my personal preferences. I think I would have gone crazy if I had to buy complete boxes, as I must have variety to be happy.

That being said I have now got into a routine for how many of which types I get each week (So the variety kinda led to a routine lol) I have the same $4/packet like some of you do. And since I get the exact number for the week, it makes it easier not to cheat and eat something additional that I don't need. I'll definatley try the Protien Store to get some more of my staple items, just to have on hand in case.

I am one of the unlucky ones who has to purchase mine by the box. Each box is $28.50.

I was fortunate though b/c my friends daughter did IP and ended up quitting and she had 5 boxes of food left that she sold to me for $14/box so I got that, so I do have a variety.
