Phase 1:

Breakfast:
Cereal Pancake with WF Syrup
Coffee with 1oz RTD EAS

Lunch:
Salad with 2C Veggies

Snack:
Bar

Dinner:
Asian Meatballs and cabbage (we had leftovers last night)
Salad

Snack:
Cocoamint Smoothie!

^^Finally WI today @1pm after skipping a week!

Breakfast@8am:
Pure Protein Vanilla (spinach smoothie)
Spinach
2 cups Coffee & Ice
1 tbsp WF Chocolate Sauce

*Walk 2.7mi@10am<--taking my son to the park in the morning when it's cool! Taking most of the day off with him.

Lunch@12pm:
IP Chicken Soup
Poblano, Garlic, & Jalapeno Puree
Salad w/EVOO + Apple Cider Vinegar

WI@1pm!!!!<---FINALLY!

Snack@4pm:
Another spinach smoothie? (w/french vanilla decaf tea instead of coffee)
^^May be out running errands and that's a great "to-go" option

Dinner@8pm:
Somewhere out to eat, we are out of meat. Probably roasted chicken with market veggies at Urban Crust in downtown Plano.

Dinner 1830: piņa colada IP drink with raw broccoli (I'll be at a ball game)
Snack 2100: IP onion soynuts

Cappuccino protein shake mixed with my black decaf coffee

Lunch: 12noon
Blueberry pancake made in my waffle grill
1 cup of rhubarb

Snack: 2pm
1 cup of celery & cucumber sticks dipped in WF blue cheese dip

Snack: 4-5pm (if needed)
Protein bar

Dinner:7pm
Sirloin Steak
1 cup broccoli
Salad
1 cup of rhubarb

Snack: Before Bed
Whey Factors Protein Shake

TBD...we're going for a walk, I'll decide after ;-)
