Default serving of lean protein tonight

Hi, I have been on ideal protein for approximately a month and have followed the diet pretty religiously and lost 20#. Tonight we had turkey breast for dinner and I probably ate 12 to 14 oz of it. I have not had my snack yet. Should I eat my snack or forgo it since I had the extra protein. Thanks for any help. Kinda bummed.

You are fine. Tomorrow is another day, but make sure you get your 3rd packet in. No matter what!

Measuring the meat is a must. A scale can be purchased for 10 bucks at Kmart, shopko, or target. What ever you have close by.

I would have my snack and forgive yourself! Ive gone over my protein allowance several times (much better at eyeballing serving size now than at the beginning). Turkey breast is a great, lean protein - not a bad whoopsie to make, just use it to get your serving sizes calibrated!

Confession from a butchers daughter...I've been known to succumb myself. Beef fajitas are meat candy to me, I have to buy chicken fajitas to reign myself in!
