I'm going through my forth or fifth journal now. My coach takes them "into my file", whatever that means. I'm planning to get them all back when I'm done. I'm weighing myself in on my bathroom scale every morning (my scale is electronic and gives more exact number than their office scale with the moving "thingy") and I right it down in the journal.

My clinic does everything on th recomputer. The body comp reading that they do is the one by Ideal Protein. I hold it and it reads all of the information and then goes on to the chart that I can access at the website ip.stayhealthy.com
The print out I get looks like it's in excel and has all of my measurements. I typically don't look at it much, but I have all of them to keep in my folder I got initially, that thing goes with me to work each day, etc. so I can record what I eat.

My food log is in a 3 ring binder and she makes a copy of it every week. I would not give her my only copy. It feels like a record of how hard I've worked...

I'm still doing it in Phase 4, but not sure how long that lasts. We are increasing the length of time between visits too, now it's 3 weeks.

Hmm..I stopped using the IP journal on day 4 because I prefer to log everything in myfitnesspal app on my iPhone. It has all the IP foods right down to the supplements. Love it. If she wants to see my food log I will have to show her on my phone. Our coach never even asked or looked at DH's journal this morning at his first WI which I wasn't thrilled about but I guess because he was down 11.8 lbs maybe she only looks at it when you aren't losing much or have stalled? My first WI is tomorrow and I have a ton of questions for her.
