Agreed. My Phase 1 Diet Plan sheet actually says right on it (at the bottom) to take as follows:
With Breakfast:
1 Natura Multi-Vita & 1 Natura Potassium-Calcium
Lunch: (none) - says to use sea salt with the meal
Dinner:
2 Natura Cal-Mag & 1 Natura Multi-Vita and use sea salt with meal
Snack (15 mins before bed):
2 Natura Cal-Mag
It would be interesting to know if there's a particular reasoning behind this scheduling.
