Cadu, I wanted to say thank you for posting this Wildberry Pancakes recipe ( in the interest of space, I did not include the actual recipe above in quoting you). Despite all my time on the recipe threads, I hadn't seen it before. I made these this morning and they were very tasty! I can't wait to make up the " reserved" batch using the remainig 1/2 packets.

WF has a website. You can order all of their products online! I was having problems finding them in the stores too.

These items are not that easy to find in stores but they are easily found at the Weldon Farms website. The pancake syrup is yummy straight out of the bottle: the others . . . not so much.
