What happens after phase 1??
what does phase 2, 3 and 4 include? and approximetly how long in each.. ? Also, phase 4 includes a cheat day, and i was reading a previous thread it says you have your cheat day, then you go into phase 1 for a day? does this mean IP products for the rest of our lives? or just 0 carbs/0 sugars on this day.. honestly iw ouldnt mind getting to eat IP products even after phasing off.. especially the bars yum yum..
