Good evening eveyone,

I have lost a total of 18 lbs in three weeks and I'm working on my 4th week. I will weigh in on Tuesday.

But I was wondering what exactly is KETOSIS????

Thanks.

The new potato packets also make an excellent potato soup! I just added more water, salt and pepper!Even my hubby thought it tasted pretty good!

I am making sure to ask when my coach is getting IP potatoes first thing at WI.
I'm learning all kinds of great new things today!
SO glad this community is here and supportive!

Using a mandolin slice 1 small zucchini into slices between 1/16" and 1/8" (I did 1/16 but if you went a little thicker they would have some more bite to them). Lay them out on a silicone baking mat or parchment lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with your choice of seasonings:
Sweet: 1 pkt Splenda mixed with cinnamon
Savory: Sea Salt and seasoning of your choice (I used a lemon herb seasoning)
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes checking frequently. Mine turned a little brown in the middle but they weren't burnt, just crunchy and delicious!! (if you're using a silicone baking sheet bake for 10-15 min and then turn so the other side will dry out, return to oven and bake another 3-5 minutes).
From NavyMom

I spray mine with Rice Vinegar and then SeaSalt and begin removing them as they brown. The final time is probably about 25 minutes but they are browned, crispy, yummy. I use one whole zucchini and measure that at at least 1c depending on the size of the zucchini.
Your zucchini chips sound delicious! Thanks for posting.

No problem-- i only bought one packet to try them-- thinking they'd taste gross like instant mashed potatoes--- now I'm really mad at myself because ive had to live all weekend without them lol. I'm going tomorrow to pick up a box. I think it's gonna be a top seller. At least for the non- restrictives. Nom nom nom

Ketosis is a wonderful thing. I can't wait until I am completely through induction and get to enjoy the full benefits.

I don't pay for weigh ins and didn't have to pay for weigh in up front either. Weigh ins and coaching are part of the whole program where I go.
