Default New "Nutritional Fact Sheet"
I'm sharing a pdf of the Nutritional Fact Sheet. I believe it's a newer version than I had before.
Hopefully, it will attach correctly. It's the 1st time I've tried it.

Well...not sure if this new updated sheet is good news or not! It lists the Choco Chip Cookie as limited to no more than 2 per week! I have been having one per day as my restricted. But the important thing is that now we know and no linger will have one per day! Thank you for posting! My "coach" never even gave me one of these at all. But my "coach" is for another discussion! LOL

When I have the CC cookie I have it everyday for my breakfast....I am a coach....its treated as a regular restricted at our clinic

Thanks wuv2....I trust you COMPLETELY to give the right information! I love it when you post. I think that since you have had such amazing success, you are the "go to" gal!! I will treat the Ch. Chip cookie as a regular restricted too! P.S.: my coach has told me 2 diff times that the CC cookie is a NON restricted item. I mentioned to her last week that it WAS a restricted and she just gave me a blank stare. Ah well.....I have all of you to lead me along the path!
