I love hearing that net carbs is the way to go. It still scares me though to do it that way.
And yes, IP makes Vegetarians become real vegetable eaters!
I kind of wish I could go back to Vegan though. I loved the diet like that, but I'd have to still deal with lots of carbs and watch that they wouldn't trigger me under stress (which ultimately happened, and that was my downfall with that and led to all my current weight gain).
