Default A couple quick questions.

So aspartame is bad and splenda is good?? I have been drinking way to much crystal light and just noticed it has aspartame in it.

Is light muscle milk a good alternative drink? It is on sale at Costco. I would like to stock up on some drinks for when I make it down to my goal weight and Phase 4.

From what I find online, the Light Chocolate RTD looks like it has 100 calories, 3 g fat, 5 g total carbs, 1 g fiber, 15 g protein.

This is the ingredient list that I found:
Water, Calcium And Sodium Caseinate, Milk Protein Isolate, Cocoa Powder, Blend Of Vegetable Oils (Sunflower And Or Safflower Oil, Canola Oil), Maltodextrin, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Whey, Digestion Resistant Maltodextrin (Soluble Dietary Fiber),vitamin Mineral Blend, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Soy Lecithin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Monosodium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Acesulfame Potassium, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Salt, Carrageenan, Sucralose.

dont know aout IP, but in the ingredien list i see maltodextrin twice, and then sucralose... maltodextrine is a sweet carb (like sugar) and sucralose is the splenda

Instead of Crystal Light or diet Snapple, try to use the Mio water enhancers. Try to avoid aspartame (also in diet coke and other diet drinks) b/c it will lower your metabolism. Did you coach give you the pages about aspartame on your binder?

I never got a binder or pages about aspartame.

I do have Mio, so I will start using that instead. I know that I can't have pops, but I wasn't sure about the Crystal Light.

Some crystal light is made with splenda I guess. I couldn't find it locally so I will be looking somewhere else just so I can have it a few times a week as a treat.

I'd be interested in the sheets on aspartame if someone could scan them and attach them here.

Aspartame has hidden carbs, but there are crystal light without aspartame and made with splenda.

I received a binder from my coach with a lot of useful documents, reminders, and food logs, etc. I figured every IP office was the same. Anyway, let me see if I can scan the Aspartame document for you. But I don't know how to attach it here on the forum. Does anyone know?
