Don't quit, that was a HUGE loss the 1st week, I am guessing you have weighted at home and not your WI w/your coach/dr.? I would definitly wait, there may be inch loss or a lb loss when you do your official weigh in.....also, is it TOM? (I am assuming you are a woman
