Have you read through
this thread? There is a ton of information there about all of the phases.
I'm doing this with alternatives and all on my own (with the help of this board, of course). I sometiems freak out when i think about moving past phase one as well, but I figure I've got a few more months to figure it out. Most people stay phase 1 until they lose 80-90% of their goal weight and then switch to phase 2 until all the weight is off.
