HAHAHA! I know, I noticed it when I read it the next day and laughed. I was so eager to get on here to get some sort of agreement that she was wrong I didn't load up my computer and just used my iTouch, which has a small screen and touch keyboard. I know, excuses excuses.

For anyone interested in the calories, I was always ultra worried because mine would be between 600-700 until I added the cal count of 2 tsp of evoo and my Omega 3-6-9's, this boosted it up to a larger number

Your coach was correct your intake of calories is based on the fat your body is burning in ketosis as well as what you actually intake for your meals...if you ask I am sure she can show you the calculations that add up to the daily calories...She just didn't explain it properly...Good Luck
