Don't know if this will apply to you, but my first month I was nauseated. Turns out that I was on metformin for my blood sugar and should have stopped it immediately but never knew. Once I did, after calling my doctor, within a day I was much better. So it could be a low blood sugar thing, and maybe the addition of restricteds will help you.

I also wasn't as careful at first, at measuring my salt at lunch and dinner, so I wasn't getting enough salt.
