Phase 2 and Phase 3 Restricted Products - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi all,

I'm planning on moving to Phase 2 on Wednesday and then Phase 3 shortly after that. Since we are only allowed 2 IP packets on Phase 2 and 1 IP packet on Phase 3, I was wondering if one of them could still be restricted? Has anyone experimented with restricted versus non-restricted and the results that follow in these later phases? Thanks!

Yup, no reason they can't be restricted. I'm in Phase 3, and I've been having my one bar a day religiously.
