jo2155 -- Thats awesome about the doctors. This women claims that she was on it and was off a year and now back on it, she said she lost 36 pounds in 9 weeks and when I started she had just re-started and is down 6 pounds. I dont think she follows it very true though, and she doesn't have all the stuff that most IP offices have, like WF products, scales, cook books...she is pricey too! LOL I paid a big upfront fee, I guess she only does lifetime memberships and gives you 11 days worth of food for 1st week...so...??!
How long have you been on the plan?

OMG! 24lbs in 4 weeks thats awesome!! Congrats. I feel like my weight loss is slooowwww! LOL haha. My cravings have lightened up a bit, this week I am dealing with lightheadiness and dizziness, think I have it under control...we will see in a couple days! Dinner isn't too bad... its my habits that are hard to break (afternoon and late night snacking)

yes 24lbs is alot but I dropped 11 the first week so that gave me a great head start! now I seem to be dropping between 3-4lbs a week which I will definitely take! I occasionally still get lightheaded but usually I'll eat something small and it goes away, especially if I'm working, I'm a massage therapist so on the days I work alot I burn through some major calories and so have to take some hardboiled eggs and that helps, I'm a boredom eater so for me its making sure I'm always doing something otherwise I start to think about eating, but the way my clothes are falling off me is a great incentive!

I go by my house scale, because I don't trust coaches, its just a regular digital scale and not the IP one and she has it on a burber carpet area, my scale does not work on my burber carpet in my bedroom, it has to be on a flat service. So my first week I lost 10 pounds, second week 3 pounds, Monday is my 3rd weigh in! I do weigh myself here and there during week... I think I need to have hubby hide my scale! lol
I am used to eating while watching tv...so pickles have become my friend! LOL
I added 3 egg whites as a morning snack after my IP. I have a hard time eating early in the morning so the drinks work best for me. Oh I also read about this on here , that if you take an IP drink and add three times the water, mix it up and keep in fridge and sip on 3-4 oz through out day it helps with lightheadiness. I am still experiencing, my coach told me to increase my salt to 1tsp and take an extra potassium pill.

wow the whole scale thing sucks, my coach has one that goes straight to the computer, it measures body fat and everything straight into the computer to track my progress! I found that in the beginning my scale wouldn;t budge for the first few days and then it would drop all of a sudden, my hubby hid our scale because I was obsessed in the beginning lol good luck on monday, my email address is [email protected] if you want to keep in touch, not sure when these message links become taken off, good luck with the weigh in tomorrow!

Thanks for the email! here is mine: [email protected]
Ok so I peaked this morning...and to I am happy with the numbers! (218.8) Woot Woot!! haha but tomorrow is official weigh in and her scale is always 2-3 pounds more than mine..
You know whats weird is I see the numbers going down, but I don't see it on my body... like inches wise, I definitly need to start working out again, toning.. I am afraid that I won't lose the weight though if I do?? ugh!!! I can't wait to be at my goal weight!!
