Default Tofu?

So does anyone out there eat Tofu on phase 1? It's not on my list of things I can eat, but I picked up a pack of the stuff I used to get and there are hardly any carbs in it. I'd like to start using it again, but am not sure. Sometime I feel like I need a break from all of the meat

I'm going to ask my coach about that today. I love tofu but have been staying away from it because of my thyroid. I love to grill it with spices. Very good stuff!

Yes, you can do 7 ounces of tofu. How do you prepare yours? I like to grill mine either with cinnamon and sweetner or spices.

Awesome! I've been missing it. I either stir fry with it or I make this tofu and basil salad that is perfect for the summer time (I also fry it in a little EVOO). Thanks for the info!
