Change is always incredibly difficult! I KNOW!! But I also know from experience (years ago) that if you continue with your weight loss, you will be stronger, happier, healthier, and much more confident. yay :-)
Also part of the emotion you're feeling is probably from the hormonal changes in your body. It will take some time, but I'm sure these will adjust.
