So I am almost done with week three. I am doing good so far. I lost 3 lbs in my second week. Not nearly as much as my first week (11 lbs). but, I wasn't expecting to lose much anyways. I am super surprised how well I'm doing. I didn't think it would be this easy. I do have some days where a specific smell will get my head turning and my mouth watery but, then I reach for my water bottlle and take a drink. ha!
Alot of my friends and family ask me why I started just before the holidays. I tell them, If I can get thru this holiday I will be able to get through anyday.
I had a quick question for you experienced IP eaters... Is it okay to mix your 5oz. of beef/chicken etc.. with your 8 oz. of fish/seafood? I was thinking if we half the portions we could make like a mixed plate with half beef and half seafood. In Hawaii we like to BBQ and I was thinking about grilling some steaks and various seafood. of course mine will have a different seasoning from the others.
I don't want to do it if we are not allowed.
