TOM started yesterday (super early!) so I've gone up a couple pounds from where I was earlier this week and landed at 244 this morning. At least it's still down from last week.

Weigh-in 167.6. Weight up again this week with no cheats. After three sets of blood work dr. identified a hormone imbalance and recommends a progesterone cream. Has anyone had any experience with this? I'm really uncomfortable with the idea of using progesterone. Help!

@ Linden I have used progesterone cream before. My mom bought it for me actually, from Puritan Pride. It worked surprisingly. I used it for 2 months and actually got my TOM without birth control regulation. I am not exactly an expert on this since I didn't keep up with the regimen like I was supposed to but if you want to know if it works, It does. I didn't get masculine or hairy or anything weird like that if that is what you are afraid of?

Thanks. I guess I'll try anything once (to catch up with you).

Thanks, maybe I'll see if I can find it.

504 posts and we aren't even halfway through August! Sorry but I have to close this thread.

In future, challenge threads with frequent updates should be done as single posts per participant. The folks will use the edit feature to post updates within their original post. See This example. This is a sticky in South Beach.

Sorry about the 500 post limit but anything longer inhibits system performance particularly for folks still on dial-up.

For now, I'd continue with the current method but maybe keep extra comments to a minimum so you don't hit the fatal 500 before August ends.
