WooooooHoooooo Great job at making it to Onederland! That is awesome
Good morning Kelsey! My weight this morning is 226. I can't wait to see what I weigh in September. Thank you so much for the motivation
Sheila
Oh yeah.....I will be using my home weight because I weigh in on Wednesdays
Many many thanks for offering to run this challenge, it really keeps me motivated and honest.
I see that!!!
I was hangin all week in the 186 range, hoping for 185, and then this morning I found I skipped right over it into the 184 range! (of course I saw the 185 one day last week, but the next day I was back up to the 186 range where I remained until today, so I'm very happy to see the 184, it was a slow week for me).
Glad you're here!!! You are my special motivator, as we seem to be so close in our weight and our losses as we go.

I was the same holding at 186, my goal was to be 185 for my brother in laws wedding tomorrow.
I am so happy to be here !
Here's to seeing the 160's by Labour Day (or close to)
Count me in as well, today is my day 26, and my home weigh-in (which I'll use for this challenge) this morning was 190. I have a 2+ week road trip at the end of this month, so I'll do what I can to stay on target and make all of you as proud of me as I am of you
Hi Kelsey- Still up one pound from my Maine adventure but the 2 pomegranate martinis on the porch of Natalie's in Camden were really worth it plus a few other missteps. Today I weigh 176. Thanks so much for organizing this. It sounds like we can all use a little push... By the way, I posted a while back how much I like your new pic. Walking 2 miles every day that I can. Need to step up the exercise. No pun intended...

Thanks for the "new pic" comment. I took it with camera phone last Saturday night on the way to movies. I'm starting to feel so much better about my appearance.
Starting weight for Labour Day Challenge is...194 lbs. (darn no matter how many times I got on it and how bad I talked to that scale it still said I was up .8 lbs from yesterday!@#%$#@..LOL)

count me out boss/coach doesn't think it's a good idea for me to go down to 150, i will be going into phase 2 next friday if i hit 164. (and that's a BIG IF! haven't lost 3 lbs in a week in months)
good luck everyone!! and just like pita, i'll check in every now and then and crack the whip if needed
