i LOVEEEE this! I haven't actually started the diet yet--my coach left me for St. Louis, so I'm waiting for her to get back--but right now I couldn't even carry all the potatoe sacks I need to lose!! I'm going to do this every week!!

It's a tip coming from Jordanna (forgot to give her the credit in the other post), and I really like this idea. We can see that we're losing a lot of weight in a more visual way

Turnips are allowed every day. Rutabagas, also called yellow turnips, are a cross between cabbage and turnips, are a bit sweeter, and are allowed up to 2 times per week.

Hi.. just wanted to say congrats on your weight loss so far... I find your thread interesting as I am starting from a similar weight as you did. I f you don't mind me asking, which diet have you been doing and how long did it take you to lose your first stone (14lbs) ?

We are doing Ideal Protein. You can read about it under the Stickies under Ideal Protein Diet. It took me 3 1/2 weeks to lose 14 pounds. What diet are you following?
