) I'm still pretty much at the beginning of my own journey (Technically started losing last October, but stopped and restarted again this week after maintaining that loss) and it feels like such a huge, long haul to go. I feel like my goal isn't even in sight, even though I know it will be eventually. Even a year seems like a mountain.
At what point did you start working out? I know of people who did it right away and some waited until they have lost a little weight before going for it. What worked best for you?
