Hi ladies,
I have decided it's time to stop feeling sorry for myself and take actions starting now. i have gone from 110lbs to 189lbs which is my current weigh but I have no one to blame other than myself. I have been a long time lurker and read a lot of success stories on this site which has made me realized that if you guys can do it so can I. I want to lose atleast 30 pounds within the next 2 months and wanted to know if someone can guide me on how should i get started. I know diet is important so I am going to cut (atleast try to) all sugars and refined carbs from my life starting today. I will keep you all updated and tell complete truth of what actions I took.
