From 275 to 145!
I had been overweight basically my whole life. At 34 I finally have conquered what was the biggest challenge I've ever faced. I am convinced that weight-loss must be perceived as a mere side-effect of a healthy lifestyle before change can be significant and permanent. Now I'm dedicated with all my heart to making sure everyone knows that. Stop thinking that weight loss is a temporary issue that you just need to figure out and then everything will be okay!! You have to change every single aspect of your life. And you HAVE to start right between your ears. You have to get your head right first. You CAN do it! You really can!!!
Don't give up you guys. It took me 25+ years and there were many times that I felt hopeless. I always tell everyone, I didn't become healthy because I lost weight, I lost weight because I became healthy. |
You're a rock star!
Congratulations!:flow1::flow1::flow1::dancer: |
