The last time I checked in on this site was about 15lbs ago. It's been just under a year, and I've reached my goal of 165. I'm thrilled, however, will work toward another goal of 155.
I took up pole dancing/fitness to help me excercise, in addition I began to count calories. All positive moves.
Waist down from 37" to 33"
Hips down (I wish I could have kept them) 45" to 40"
Chest (nooooo,not the boobies
) 40" to 34"
I tried the 100 push up challenge, and would get stuck around week 4 or 5, however, I have noticed when I was sticking with it, my arms got STRONG.
Because I love my bum, I started the 200 squat challenge. I've noticed my body isn't as firm as I'd like it, however, there is something to work toward.
I'm surprised that 165 was my goal....I suppose now, the new thing to do is set another one to reach.
For everyone out there....keep up the hard work. You can do it, just take it slowly, and daily. YAY!
