Wow, there are a lot of younger people on here too! It's always nice to be able to relate to others doing stuff like this, I'm so excited!

I just turned 21, and just quit my job to focus on school full time.. logically I use up the last of my health insurance, and I find out I'm at 207!!?!? Holy crap.

I've always generally liked the way I looked, at least not too much to do anything about it for too long. I'm pushing 5'8, so I look pretty proportioned and hide my tummy well. But its summer time and I wanna not be so embarrassed of my thighs and knees! I wanna get into some cute shorts!! (hence the icon)

It's really hit me that we've got to do this thing while we're young and its easier.. and take advantage of our youth!!!

Let's do it girls!!!! And keep each other updated!

I've been the same...Everyone around me only likes to comment on my weight and how since high school I was skinny (binge dieting) and now am large. This site provides people that are god sent! I been looking for something like this, and love how it gives you the courage and emotional support you need to get going.
