puneri, I'll be honest, I'm not sure at all. When I checked my journal, there aren't any food entries from all of October-February but I believe I was very active on the treadmill from September to October (I was trying to lose weight for Halloween). I hit 150 right around Halloween. I was extremely unhealthy in November because had a lot of exams and essays due- which is why there's a plateau.
But really, I've learned to make my peace with the fact that sometimes I won't be able to explain why my weight fluctuates. If you take a look at my chart from the last six months, you'll see me go from 138 to 137 to 139 to 142. I was 141 in August but over the last few weeks, I've dropped down to 134.8 lbs with little effort on my own part.
