I recently heard someone say "it's all mental"...the battle is won or lost between our ears.

I just read the article on you from the link in your sig. It was awesome and awe-inspiring. I had goosebumps, literally. I think what you have done and what you are doing to help others is so awesome. What really hit home for me was the part about having no willpower, but having the willingness to do what you need to do to get healthy. You are truly an inspiration. You seem very friendly and down to earth and that will be really important in helping others. I just cant say enough about how impressed I am and how your story has touched me.
