Long time lurker. My hubby has lost 85 lbs. in 11 months by simply eating less and eating at home. He went from eating lunch and dinner in a restaurant each day and coming home and eating chips, candy, cookies and ice cream until bedtime to eating nothing but home cooked food. He cut down his portion sizes and stopped eating when he was full. Here are his before and after pics.
He's gone from "Obese Class II" to "Overweight" and his BMI went from 36.59 to 25.68. 194 lbs. will give him "Normal" BMI. 6 lbs. to go.
